This explains what CrushSwitch collects when you call the line or visit this site, what we do with it, and what we will not do with it. CrushSwitch is an adult service and is not for anyone under 18.
To run the line, recognise returning callers, apply bought time, take payments, look into reports of bad behaviour, stop fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
Phone carriers that route your call, our payment processor, and providers who run parts of the system for us. We may also share information where the law requires it, such as a valid court order, or where it is needed to protect someone from harm.
CONFIRM RETENTION PERIODS WITH COUNSEL We keep information while your account is active and for a period after, to meet legal, billing and safety obligations, then delete it.
You can redo or remove your greeting at any time from the line. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and greeting. Write to ADD SUPPORT EMAIL from the number or email on your account.
This service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn a caller is under 18, the account is removed and the information deleted.
We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No system is perfect, and we will tell affected callers if a breach puts their information at risk.
If this changes, the new version goes here with a new date at the top.
