Agreement

By calling CrushSwitch or using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

You must be 18

This is an adult service. By calling you confirm you are at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are removed for good, without notice.

What the service is

CrushSwitch is a telephone chat line. You record a greeting, listen to other greetings, send voice messages and connect to live one to one calls. We provide the line. We do not introduce, screen, background check or vouch for any caller.

Free calling and paid time

• Women call free. There is no trial period and no payment is taken.
• Men new to the line get 30 free minutes. No payment details are needed for the trial.
• After the trial, men buy time to keep calling. Amounts are shown before you buy.
• Bought time does not renew automatically. There is no ongoing subscription.

Billing and refunds

Charges appear on the payment method you give at the time of purchase. ADD REFUND POLICY

If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to ADD SUPPORT EMAIL before disputing it with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster.

How you agree to behave

You will not use the line to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate another caller.
• Record, broadcast or share another caller's voice or conversation.
• Advertise, solicit, recruit, or offer or ask for paid services of any kind.
• Pretend to be someone else or lie about your age.
• Do anything illegal, or arrange anything illegal with another caller.
• Trick another caller into giving up personal information.

Your greeting

You are responsible for what you record. By recording a greeting you give us permission to play it to other callers. We may remove any greeting that breaks these terms.

Moderation and removal

We may remove a greeting, suspend an account or ban a caller, with or without notice, where these terms are broken. Where an account is closed for breaking these terms, unused bought time is not refunded.

Meeting other callers

What happens after a call is between you and the other caller. We do not verify who anyone is. If you arrange to meet someone you do so at your own risk, and we suggest reading our safety page first.

No guarantees

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise the line will be uninterrupted or free of faults, that you will meet anyone, or that any caller is who they say they are.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of the service, or for how any other caller behaves, on the line or after it. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always here with the date it took effect. Carrying on using the line after a change means you accept it.
